    "From what I've been told, the inner turf was a speed-favoring turf course, so I thought there would be a lot of competition for the lead,: said owner/trainer Reid Nagle. "She just broke perfectly. Sometimes she doesn't break that fast and then catches up and can easily be put to the lead. But she just broke easily and the pace was very moderate. I was surprised that it was that moderate and there wasn't more competition for the front end." 

    Said Nagle " I try not to plan too far in advance because I don't know what the outcome is going to be."

    Dutchess Views Farm in Pine Plains will be holding its annual stallion show from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 21, 2017.  Leading New York stallions Bellamy Road and Big Brown will be shown, as well as young stallion Heavy Breathing, and Marsh Side.
